Items Two and Five of Article Six of these

Detailed Rules may be shipped together with arms

as mentioned in Item One.

Item Two o Item Four may be shipped together

with Item Three.

As to Items Six, Seven, and Eight, several kinds

may be shipped together at discretion.

Besides the provisions of the above paragraphs,

two or more kinds c. articles shall not be filled in

on one permit; in cases of necessity, however, the

Ministry of var may make decisions and take action

not in accordance with the limitations of the

two preceding articles.

In case it is necessary to apply for permits

for the shipping of various articles for military

use which are not listed in these Detailed Rules,

the limitation of the quantity of each kind shall be

reported from time to time by the Ministry of

War for consideration and action.

When military organizations or troops (local

self-defense bodies and police are not included)

ship finished articles which have been obtained

or transfer stored articles, such as: military

supplies, military equipment, sanitary materials,

soldiers' pay, and baggage, the provision of

Article Six of these Detailed Rules shall not

apply to the limitation of quantities of such

shipments.

However, a request shall be submitted

beforehand to the Ministry of Military

Administration for investigation.
